Terrance Howard Sued For Assaulting Composer

Just a week after finding out that his "Iron Man 2" role was given to Don Cheadle(great choice by the way)Senor Howard is being sued for allegedly assaulting composer Andrew "Tex" Allen(Debbie Allens brother). Allen claims to have been beaten up by Howard last winter while they were working together in Broadway's "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof". The jazz pianist is seeking $5 million in damages, according to the lawsuit.
